Q: What is the AmericaAgain! project; what is its purpose?

A: It’s designed to be a citizen mechanism whose purposes are: a) We The People exercising our right of self-government by enforcing the U.S. Constitution in the courts of the sovereign States as has always been our duty; b) drafting and enacting reform legislation to serve the People, not corporate or socialist interests; and c) lawfully spreading Tax Honesty to shrink federal government by the power of the purse.

Q: What will a local AmericaAgain! chapter do?

A: It will be your local self-government mechanism; for the first time in 220 years and from now on, the average citizen practices peaceful, pre-emptive self-government; joining neighbors and other chapters in each State or congressional district to indict and convict their member of Congress in the courts of their State, when (s)he refuses to stop violating the Constitution. As Hamilton said in Federalist #28, citizens outnumber politicians. If we organize and use tactical wisdom, we can restore our Rule of Law.

The AmericaAgain! Liberty Lab™ will train members in the basics of American civics and the Constitution, not as viewed by today’s judicial priesthood – but as viewed by James Madison, author of the U.S. Constitution, and by Thomas Jefferson, another stalwart definer and defender of popular sovereignty.

Q: Why create another competitor for the Tea Party movement, Ron Paul Revolution, et al?

A: The Tea Party movement, like the Vietnam-era antiwar protests, is a short-term historical awakening, not long-term self-government. Free citizens and employers don’t march with posters to get their employees to stop violating laws! We must now stop protesting and start putting criminals behind bars. To take our Constitution back, we must enforce it. Demonstrations are for powerless populations, not free Americans.

Demonstration-minded revolutionaries like Naomi Wolf on the far Left and principled statesmen like Ron Paul on the far Right raise awareness of the Constitution. But their solutions: more demonstrating, or more electoral politics! The AmericaAgain! project is a new way of looking at your role in government: a responsible sovereign, not a tax-soaked pawn crying about your latest loss to thieves.

The AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ will put to tactical, perennial use the many efforts of dozens of reform-minded research organizations and foundations across America. Technology is eclipsing the meetings, duties, and endless chores of party politics. AmericaAgain! seeks to harness the power of the Internet for the good of self-governing citizens who work hard and play by the rules. AmericaAgain! members can discharge our citizen duties in a few minutes per week from our home or office computers. Regardless how large the parasite class has become, We the People surround them. Millions of Americans now must send a message: “We outnumber you. The Constitution is on our side. Our paychecks are off limits. We’re sending criminals to prison, and you’re a contender.”

Q: The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land; can’t federal courts shut us down?

A: No. The Constitution stipulates in Article III that the U.S. Supreme Court has original jurisdiction only over any case in which a State is a party. In all AmericaAgain! cases, plaintiffs and defendants will be citizens of the same state. Defendants collude with cronies in Congress to funnel billions of hard-earned dollars annually from the people of their state to Washington D.C., then doling out some of this cash to your state legislature, county, and city, which trains those politicians to be corrupt, too. We can defeat corruption with rule of law; the U.S. Supreme Court only has jurisdiction when a State is a party; inferior federal courts are even less of a factor…creatures of our creature Congress according to Art III, Sec 1.

Q: But the Constitution Article I, Section 6 gives Congress immunity against prosecution!

A: False; they’re our representatives in Congress, not banana republic dictators, Chicago mafia dons, or Mexican drug lords. That clause was modeled directly on the English Bill of Rights of 1689, to protect freedom of speech and debate in Parliament. The clause merely says, “They shall in all cases except treason, felony, and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance at the session of their respective houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any speech or debate in either house, they shall not be questioned in any other place.” That’s not immunity for criminals.

AmericaAgain! chapters will bring felony cases against their own member of Congress when the politician is violating (individually or in collusion) America’s highest law. We The People will present evidence of multi-billion-dollar fraud, racketeering, and other crimes cognizable under state statutes and in clear violation of the Constitution. State prosecutors will pursue actual and punitive damages befitting the crimes, as federal prosecutors did against Bernard Madoff in June 2009 on behalf of bilked investors. Obviously, Congress’ financial crimes make Madoff’s crimes look like child’s play in comparison.

We The People will accept no more self-serving lies from federal government about our rights under the Supreme Law. Any competent 6th grader can understand the words of the Constitution; Congress has been egregiously, perennially violating it, and our bank accounts. This isn’t political disagreement; it’s a 150-year pattern of broad-daylight congressional felonies.

Q: If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. There is no way that today’s average State Judge will hear a case against a member of Congress. It’s never been done!

A: Really? The British Redcoats were the most feared, most successful fighting force in the world when We the People whipped them with squirrel guns, homemade snares, and hardware-store grapeshot. Love of our own homes and families – and tactical wisdom – won our liberty then, and can restore it now.

“It’s never been done before” just won’t wash. Through the James Madison Briefing Room™ we will train and brief grand jury members, State prosecutors, and State judges who are not presently aware of the sovereign power of the People and the States to enforce the Supreme Law to which the States are parties and of which the federal government is the creature. Judges who refuse to cooperate with the People and our Constitution will be replaced with honest judges who will agree to enforce that Supreme Law. These cases will be brought in fleets, giving prosecutors and judges political cover to make precedent.

America has never had millions of citizens organize in local chapters to exercise the Constitutional rights we retained but never exercised in 220 years. But before the Obama election, we had never witnessed anything like the April 15, July 4, and September 12, 2009 “tea party” rallies in over 1,000 communities, some with over 25,000 participants…with over 1.5 million marchers in Washington, D.C. alone! Given the anger and frustration brewing in kitchens and living rooms, taverns and tailgates, fellowship halls and Bible study groups, tea parties and town halls just nine months into ‘Obamanation’, it’s easier to believe in the success of AmericaAgain! than to think that productive Americans will tolerate 38 more months of socialist retrogression and rapine.

Q: Is the function of AmericaAgain! just to pursue corrupt members of Congress?

A: No! Our legislative effort will push passage of over 15 critical pieces of reform legislation, rolling back the usurpations and arrogations of the past century. AmericaAgain! members will serve their community as in a Volunteer Fire Department or Homeowners’ Association, but also fulfilling a vital national duty. Some of our reform legislation has already been attempted (i.e., one of our items was in the 1994 Contract With America). We The People will:

• As our first collective act, have Congress enact a congressional 2-term limit amendment
• Immediately and retroactively have all Congressional pensions and perks de-funded
• Make Congress de-fund and outlaw tracing, tracking, or eavesdropping on law-abiding citizens
• Make Congress immediately enact a Balanced Budget Amendment
• Pass our Lawful American Currency & Banking Act, and repeal the Federal Reserve Act
• Make Congress direct IRS to cease terrorism and fraudulently applying the Tax Code
• Make Congress pass a law declaring English as the official language of the United States
• Make Congress take immediate action to secure our borders & outlaw the illegal alien ‘anchor baby’ tactic
• Make Congress outlaw all federal restrictions on law-abiding ownership and use of firearms
• Make Congress begin enforcing the War Powers Resolution of 1973 against imperial presidents
• Stop all federal funding for the U.N.
• Outlaw any aspect of Islamic Shar’ia law that violates a local ordinance or a State or federal law
• Make Congress outlaw federal restrictions on our own private land, water, and minerals...and finally...
• Make Congress and our States repeal the 16th and 17th Amendments

The AmericaAgain! project will also lawfully promulgate Tax Honesty and expose Congress’ bailout Trojan horse with the Orwellian label, FairTax. As Ronald Reagan always said (but never practiced): the surest way to shrink Leviathan is to cut its funds. AmericaAgain! is unprecedented threefold citizen self-government. We can become self-governing citizens right from our homes, graduating from the hassle and futile corruption of two-party electoral machines.

Not only that, but as membership grows, an increasing percentage of dues and donations will be directed to the AmericaAgain! Missions Fund, which in turn will fund STIRLING Education (full-service online classical Christian education), scholarships for needy families for STIRLING tuition, and will support the work of five very efficient Christian missions around the world: Living Water International, Faith Comes by Hearing, Opportunity International, Compassion International, and the Rafiki Foundation.

Q: Can a local AmericaAgain! chapter be led by our mayor, police chief, or State legislator?

A: No; government is not the answer, it’s the problem. AmericaAgain! is citizen self-government, so we invite every American to be a member, as a private citizen. Every AmericaAgain! chapter will remain unaffiliated with, and outside control of, any politician, party, or government body.

Q: Isn’t this the ‘mob rule’ that the founding fathers despised and wrote treatises against?

A: Which “mob” do you refer to? The millions of public and private parasite-sector careerists who live off the production of Taxpayers? Or the active, self-governing minority of citizens who intend to begin enforcing the U.S. Constitution and State laws against criminals in Congress?

Q: How do I join, or start an AmericaAgain! chapter in my community?

A: Once the interactive site launches, you can log onto the Local Chapters section and forums to help organize your local chapter, and join others across America as we roll out a new way of life in our republic.  A chapter is only established once a local group of AmericaAgain! members has held an election of officers, submitted their slate of officers for review to headquarters, and been approved as an AmericaAgain! local chapter.  In most communities, only one AmericaAgain! chapter will exist; but in larger cities, several chapters may form to allow members to more easily hold informal gatherings and gala events.  AmericaAgain! will seek to balance two competing ideas:  first, to help us all become self-governing citizens without the tiresome meetings and committee chores of political groups;

Second, to assure that there are enough members together in each city or town to get to know one another...to assure that Obamites, ACORN operatives, and bureaucratic mafia don't infest the local chapters, to undermine the efforts of the American people seeking to enforce the Constitution.

November 26th is an auspicious day in our history, for America is the only republic that celebrates a day of Thanksgiving to God. As the new Congress put it in 1789, they besought that the American people would have “a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging, with grateful hearts, the many signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a Constitution of government for their safety and happiness.”

Thus the first official thanksgiving act by the U.S. Congress was calling on the People to give thanks to Almighty God for giving us a Constitution without having to resort to war to get it. Let’s thank God in humble repentance that we don’t need to resort to war to keep it.
