Why AmericaAgain! does not accept D.C. Residents or Public Employees

For 150 years, Congress has been violating the Constitution. Its members have, individually and willfully been violating their State laws by defrauding and extorting We The People, who play by the rules and work to pay our bills.

The massive D.C. Leviathan passes on a large portion of the trillions that they extort from us, to buy the allegiance of states, counties, cities, and school districts. This food chain keeps us in chains, and public employees in high cotton. This is feckless, immoral, and criminal. And this is war.

AmericaAgain! cannot accept D.C. residents as members for legal and moral reasons:

Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution stipulates that Congress shall have “exclusive legislation, in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square)…and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the Legislature of the State in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings…”. If you live in D.C., it's the equivalent of living on a military base; D.C. is the exclusive playground of those corrupt snakes in Congress. All that We The People can do about it is stay away from that idolatrous cesspool and lawfully refrain from sending money there.

So. We don't take new members if they're a D.C. resident, because this is war and every D.C. resident lives in an exclusive legislative enclave of the Congress. A virtual land of make-believe; not our country. When the trillions are soaked from the working People of America, the D.C. resident prospers. For the honest, hardworking American that is falling further behind every year to bureaucrats and tyrants from the school board to the White House, this is war. It has been war, for over a century; we just haven't been as shrewd as the public employees. Now, we intend to be.

We hope to be close allies with state and county peace officers who uphold the Constitution, and we hope to work with state judges and prosecutors through our James Madison Briefing Room™. Yet, we see the obvious conflict of interests as AmericaAgain! begins to push back against domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution. If you’re (for instance) a judge, commissioner, mayor, governor, or on any public payroll you will lose whenever We The People win. As we reduce the size of government, you may lose your career and you won't like that. But this is war.

Socialism fails 100% of the time, and it is illegal according the the Supreme Law of the Land. AmericaAgain! is We the People's forward-deployed defense installation for the Constitution -- designed to enforce it for the rest of American history. Designed to shrink government to within its legal limits, a fraction of today's fascist/socialist Leviathan.

Government worker: get used to downsizing. Increasingly, your ranks will need to find productive work or go hungry. Just like us, you'll now have to work for a living.

You can't be an AmericaAgain! member, because whenever we push our reform legislation or enforce the Constitution, your retirement package will pull harder on your heart than the words of the Founding Fathers. You will fight for your job. Not for our children’s future. Not for liberty. Not for the Constitution. You will tend to undermine us because you know this is war.

The public sector has more contractors and consultants than we do...they now earn more on average than we do...they have lifetime benefits that we've never enjoyed...they can be totally useless, yet still collect their paychecks...they're organized into a gazillion 'professional associations' and other feeding packs. But none of that matters; they are socialists, and socialism fails, 100% of the time in history.

We outnumber them. We pay the bills. We have the Constitution. We can turn on a dime, and know how to save every dime. We use our brains, and we trust in God as our forefathers did. By our millions eventually, we intend to do what public employees have done for four generations. Through AmericaAgain!, We The People will form earth’s largest, most powerful union. We will fight as tough as any union, and tougher...and a great deal smarter.

We will work from our homes -- millions of free People tied together in an organic defense system for the greatest Constitution ever penned by human hands.

We will fight this war for the soul of America, and in the name of Jesus Christ, we will WIN.

AmericaAgain! chapters will begin having our State Courts haul our criminal 'representative' out of the US House or Senate, and into our State Penitentiary for State Penal Code violations. We'll begin to make Congress pass OUR reform legislation, or be pursued and put away, with their assets seized for their high crimes.

Notice that while the UK is finally growing a brain (dropping socialist medicine after 60 years of failure), the snakes in Congress are poisoning us with their socialist plan, and tasking the IRS goon squads as Congress' version of Hitler's Gestapo...to 'enforce health care'? I don't think so. This time, they went a bridge too far. We will now cut them off, and this latest fascist plan is NOT going to happen.

As the courageous governor and people of Arizona are saying to Washington, D.C.: if you want "us versus them", bring it on. We The People will now demand law enforcement in our States, or we will fire any corrupt or feckless state employee who refuses to do the job they signed up for. This is war. We The People intend to win it.

D.C. residents or anyone else -- appointed or elected -- whose paychecks come from a taxing authority: do not apply for AmericaAgain! membership. You are not one of us.

Call for Legal Volunteers

AmericaAgain! is seeking volunteers with experience in legal research, for several projects to build our initial database for the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine(TM). We would be especially interested in hearing from you if you are from AL, AR, ID, LA, MS, MT, ND, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, or WY as our first dragnet project will be dealing with some or all of those states: your criminal statutes, criminal procedures, district and state criminal prosecutors, and your members of Congress from your state, who can have criminal indictments worked up against them for their actions and complicity using the office of congressman or senator to commit said violations.

Anyone who has served on staff of a district or county attorney (criminal court), district court or appellate court judge, or appellate or state prosecutorial office in any of the states listed, please contact us at member.services@myamericaagain.org

The AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine(TM) process seeks to blaze an unprecedented trail in constitutional law and State sovereignty (as opposed to 'States Rights') by following the guidance of James Madison and Thomas Jefferson -- true founding fathers who were the architects of the founding documents of this republic -- rather than the dicta of federal judges since John Marshall.

Even if you merely have experience in legal research and/or criminal court procedure in any state listed above, we want to hear from you!

The Last Bite

Extortion is a very old profession. Before the invention of automobiles, enroute extortion was known as highway robbery. Travelers were accosted at some spot along the road; could not proceed until they paid the robbers. “Your money or your life” is where the term highway robbery originated.

I grew up on the Mexico border, and everyone knows about mordidas there. The word literally means “the bite” in Spanish. This is the mode in all lawless societies, not only in Mexico. Esoteric and random laws are cited, which can be ‘obeyed’ by simply paying The Bite. Pay up, and the ‘law’ goes away. Until next time.

We see this extortion all around us in America today. In this sense, our governments at every level are no better than in Mexico. The only difference is that the school district, city, county, state and federal highwaymen are much more refined in their packaging and presentation than in Mexico.

For instance, one of my brothers recently complained about the mountain of bureaucracy he faces in attempting to have a used motor scooter registered and insured, to legally ride the roads of Texas. Scooters are such an inexpensive, simple conveyance; one can see Vespa scooters by the thousands in most large cities of the world, because they operate for pennies per day. Except here in America, where The Bite exceeds the cost of operating the vehicle.

This brings to mind a similar lament from a young friend recently, who has received two traffic tickets, both resulting in arrest warrant warnings. His crime? “Failure to provide financial responsibility.” In other words, failure to have money to pay his bills plus ‘the bite’ on top of that. My young friend, like many Americans today, is usually broke. His $8/hr job (plus school) usually doesn’t meet his groceries, rent, college costs, gasoline, cell phone, etc.; thus he often lacks the money for a car insurance premium.

That’s just too bad; the insurance industry and its allies in ‘law enforcement’ don’t care about economic reality for citizens. Because the insurance industry has incredible clout in state legislatures, you will buy their product if you want to avoid expensive tickets, fines, and even jail.

Either you pay The Bite to the insurance companies or to the ticket-writer – or you will be hauled into jail whenever you can be caught, and then you will pay The Bite plus additional court cost, and an extra bite for vehicle impoundment – and of course wrecker companies often subsist exclusively on such sweet deals with city governments.

Even as state legislatures have learned many criminal tricks from Congress, the latter criminals have now learned from the state legislatures’ insurance scam and, using the same insipid logic and pitch at supposed morality, has mandated that every American will, beginning in 2013, pay a really huge Bite: you will buy health insurance, or Congress will send its IRS Gestapo to break down your door.

The Bite doesn’t end there, however. At least not in Texas, where county assessors, collectors, and remora lawers assure that Smith will either pay for Jones’ children’s government education at Podunk Consolidated School District, or Smith will lose his home.

In Mussolini’s Italy, classical fascism was defined as the alliance of the police state with the corporations, to control the citizenry for the needs of the state and the corporations. This insurance industry and government bureaucrats’ system for The Bite at every level of life in America is thus classic fascism, as defined.

The extortion and inconvenience will worsen as the economy slows. For some, it will mean not being able to get to work in a timely fashion, possibly losing a job as a result.

Reality has been pushed aside for generations in America. Bankers, insurance companies, and taxing entities at every level have ridden the backs of the productive citizen until the prey is at the breaking point. As society’s tipping point approaches, tax revenues will decrease, requiring that the parasites and predators take increasingly harsh measures at unalloyed extortion – highway robbery – to keep their budgets and lifestyles at the present, opulent levels.

Fascism is a very nice arrangement if you’re a bureaucrat, an ‘officer of the law’ who issues invoices/tickets, or if you own stock in one of the industries allied in the fascist arrangement. For instance, if you’re a collections attorney for a county or an architect for a school district. But the rest of us suffer needlessly under this widespread corruption that is coming to define life in America, as it has defined life in Mexico for many generations.

Notice the most opulent buildings in your town: banks, public schools and other public structures for city, county, state, and federal bureaucrats to work in, as royalty – while we make do with what we can afford!

AmericaAgain! will sooner or later turn the tables on fascism at the federal level; not long after that, We The People will learn to shake off the local, county, and state parasites and highway robbers as well. Once citizens are empowered and educated about the illegality and immorality of The Bite at all levels of life, we will begin to display righteous indignation to bureaucrats and other predators in America.

We must stop allowing our public ‘servants’ to operate as though they are our masters. We The People do not need revolution; just the opposite. We need a restoration of the rule of law, and the end to predatory bureaucracy that always has an answer for every Bite it inflicts on our lives.

The Bite is not good governance. It's no way to keep the peace. Highway robbery and fascism are un-American; public crime as a way of life will only end when We The People put our foot down on the biggest kingpins: the criminals in the U.S. Congress. Yes, it's time to get angry but use wisdom. It's time to be AmericaAgain!

The Seven Million

Grandfather once told about the America that was –

	of unsung, un-remembered ones

	Apache, Crow, Cherokee;

men and women hard as nails, soft as beaver-pelt,

whose stories went out long ago, last wisps of dying fire.

Prayed to their gods of earth and stone and wood,

	clinging to pride and place

	with grip like eagle’s claw:

‘Fight to the death is honor far,

far more than being herded from the land

	like a lame cart-horse’.

But these were not my fathers.

Over blue expanses my fathers came,

bringing dreams from the isles of the Scot

	the vine-choked hills of Spain.

Dreams of a place –a New World –

where men could work and build, and

by the sweat of their own hands and no gift

	from the hands of another

	a life could be made.

	America.

	Years of toil, of working

until the sun-baked sweat dried in night-chill

food grown in the field, and a piece of bread

sweet in the mouth, this work of human hands

and then to bed, to work another day.

	America!

	This place was good.

	Each man a kingdom, each home a castle;

nobility of sweat, fresh tillage, a well-laid wall of stone.

Merchant and farmer, field and meadow, peace like a river

	never overflowing its banks

held in smooth and quiet check

with nary a king or emperor in sight!

	America.

But as the years became centuries,

the Old World came back –

like a building storm against which one prays

knowing that the prayer is in vain,

for the storm has always come.

Men without norms or nobility, looking for blood

a cutpurse’s glance, a gleam in the eye.

They wake with a plan, and a word for the day

not hoe, nor plow, nor trowel in hand.

They raise their voice: mellifluous promise made,

	never kept.

	America…

The world watches on: honest men and women bent

	under strain and nightmare of

	Banker. Broker. Consultant. Bureaucrat.

	Politician.

Every farm and household cut and hacked and torn,

	pressed into the shape

	of human bondage.

In fine offices, laughing the while

	planning conquest and plunder,

too many digits for a farmer to grasp.

	Banker. Broker. Consultant. Bureaucrat.

Politician: these, too, have a dream –

to play while all the world works, to feast like kings

	“from a tiny margin! Ha!”

	Oh, America!

	Sixty-Seven Million no longer suffer the injustice;

They stand foursquare against the lies,

and work for the dream of America that was:

	each man a kingdom, each home a castle;

nobility of sweat, fresh tillage, a well-laid wall of stone...

Merchant and farmer, field and meadow, peace like a river

	never overflowing its banks

held in smooth and quiet check

with nary a king or emperor in sight!

“Sixty-Seven Million no longer bend the knee to Baal?” they say,

Nontaxpayers, who fear no man but love the law

with honor in their mein, nobility

as of Apache, Crow, and Cherokee

	who stood to fight.

I see the steady toil of merchant, craftsman, farmer...

	whose bread is honest;

whose wine, sweet on the lips at night.

Prays to the God of heaven and earth,

	clings to pride and place

	with grip like eagle’s claw:

‘Fight to the death is honor far,

far more than being herded along in line

	like a lame cart-horse’.

	These are my people.

I need not Sixty-Seven Million, no.

If one in ten among these fabled ones,

has heart and mind and fists like those –

	wisdom wrought from prayer, humility

	sun-dried sweat and whistled tune,

	nobility

that only working man can know, Ah!

Then these will win this land once more,

	by grace of God,

	from plotting plunderers whose hands

have never known an honest day,

	who wrench, instead, the work

	from other’s hands.

If God be on their lips (and in their hearts) and

	steel is in their bones

	then give me Seven Million, one in ten;

	those stalwart souls will win

	America Again!

Excerpts from “This Bloodless Liberty”

Before the god of politics consumed us, American life was risk, work, procreation, and raising one’s children before the face of God. Life in America was about the pain, sweat, and much prayer of leadership; it was about raising children, crops, and animals with only an occasional glimpse of glory. It was making something out of cloth, steel, wood, glass, wire, or words that changed lives and made the effort worthwhile. Life in America was making hard choices and letting your children see you do it; trusting God for another sunrise, another rain, and the strength to provide for your own – not trusting government or insurance companies to take life’s risks away. We once knew what it was to be an American; it was good in our eyes and in the eyes of the world.

The political machine would have you dismiss all this; it would strip away the soul of civilization to gather us, witless and charmed, under festooned bunting for an unending string of political campaigns -- and the Tea Party movement may be doing the same, every third weekend or so.

This Jacobin political activity cannot last. After years of emails, blast-faxes, mob rallies, pink slips and caravans, the political activist will feel that he lacks constitutional recourse; will abandon hope and be more deflated and inert than before, with a layer of cynicism added; the attitude of Europeans and Latin Americans.

The original Boston Tea Party lasted a few hours, after which the colonists moved on to war planning; not to money bombs to elect some of their number to British parliament.

The Tea Party movement has shown us the strength we have in numbers and the internet. Now it’s time for duties beyond rallies; even beyond voting for statesmen. Our founders taught that citizen oversight alone will keep this republic. Elections are only a small fraction of our duty; elections have often brought change, but have never ushered in a lasting, positive change in American life.

As free citizens, our most important, most forgotten duty is to begin enforcing the Ninth and Tenth Amendments; bring criminals to justice publicly and often, just as when we vote. Being a law-abiding Nontaxpayer is only defense; our duty includes tactical offense. If we adopt this sovereign citizen attitude [as AmericaAgain! members] it will re-shape our way of life regarding our employees, which will improve their attitudes toward us.

As Thomas Jefferson suggested, liberty exists wherever government fears its citizens.

Fool Me Twice: The Folly of Secession

In his April 26 truthdig article entitled The New Secessionists, Chris Hedges suggests that secession is all the rage in American politics. The secession leaders quoted in the article, from Texas and Vermont, suggest that secession is the only escape from America’s constitutional crisis.

In the first place, that crisis is nothing new; it began 150 years ago with The War to Enslave the States when Mr. Lincoln's shock-and-awe campaign under the direction of the mercantilists subjugated the formerly sovereign states and then, beginning in the Progressive era, set out on a century of empire from Hawaii in 1893 to Iraq and Afghanistan today.

I agree with Vermont secessionist leaders Thomas Naylor and Kirkpatrick Sale; it is time to end the federal government’s bloody imperial escapades. This case is trenchantly made by Stephen Kinzer in his book, Overthrow: America’s Century of Regime Change from Hawaii to Iraq and is cast more light-heartedly but no less astutely by Bill Bonner and Addison Wiggin in their modern classic Empire of Debt.

I also agree with a second premise of Messrs Hedges, Naylor, and Sale – as President Eisenhower's 1961 farewell address warned, the Military Industrial Complex spelled the end of ‘democracy’ (as early as 50 years ago, politicians were already calling our constitutional republic a 'democracy'). We are now sliding post-haste in the Age of Obama to a brutal combination of socialism and fascism.

No political party under the present arrangement in Washington D.C. can possibly change anything; thus I also grant Mr. Sale's premise that electoral politics are useless at this hour. In my new book This Bloodless Liberty, I posit that America’s functional fascism (alliance of central government and corporations to extort and control the citizenry) must end now, and electoral politics are at most 10% of the solution, with the other 90% being citizen law-enforcement through the courts of the States, plus citizens pushing through our own reform legislation to take back the past century of lost ground, and finally cutting off the financial supply-line at the IRS.

Thus, granting the secessionists’ premises, their conclusion is both illogical and proven by history to be a fool’s errand. As an unreconstructed Texan, I smile at the delightful secessionist map featuring a resurgent Republic of Texas carved out of America's heart. Oh, that things were so simple.

Secession was folly for several reasons in 1861, and even more so today, tactically and strategically. While Texas is as culturally foreign to Vermont or Oregon as we are to Germany or France, there are several reasons for any constitutionalist and patriot (patria in its classical sense; one’s native region, sovereign State) to oppose secession.

AmericaAgain! is the practical, achievable, tactically powerful, potentially perennial solution to every problem raised by those who support secession. Its three tactical prongs can:

	- Bring corrupt members of Congress under indictment in state criminal courts
	- Eventually reduce federal revenues & powers by almost 70%
	- Immediately amount to ‘family secession’ for law-abiding Nontaxpayers
	- Restore lawful, gold-backed American currency (silver floats at market)
	- Outlaw Federal Reserve currency after an initial transition period
	- End the immoral practice of fractional-reserve banking
	- Secure our borders and end the ‘anchor baby’ illegal alien tactic
	- Enact term limits & end all perks for Congress
	- Repeal the Sixteenth Amendment and outlaw any future tax on salaries
	- Repeal the Seventeenth Amendment, restoring the States’ control of the Senate

Secession is a mistake tactically, strategically, culturally and sociologically. James Madison and company originally designed a republic, for reasons that are more valid today than ever. To remain welded together for the limited purposes set forth in the compact, makes good sense; no other nation on earth could match America for a very, very long time if we returned to the Constitution.

If the federal powers are once again restricted to only those 17 enumerated in Article I Section 8 of the Constitution, these sovereign States would then operate as a republic; a loose confederation of culturally and geographically disparate States enjoying safety as a foedus, a confederation. The restoration of honest, specie-backed currency, moral banking practices, honest taxation, and our Christian epistemological foundation would again make this the finest, most blessed nation on earth.

If a few million Americans become members of AmericaAgain! and begin to take action whenever it is called for against corrupt and scheming members of Congress, all of the People of the 50 sovereign States will enjoy the vastly superior strength of numbers, tactical intellectual resources, and liberty that attends rule of law under this Constitution.

It remains true that We The People are in charge. We are the apex sovereigns in the constitutional framework that is meant to hold the 50 States in union. Congress works for us, and its members are not above the law. Its revenues are skimmed from taxpayers’ checks. The tactical way forward seems clear.

I must admit that I do support one limited form of secession. As one of the estimated 67 million who are non-filers, I find that ‘financial secession’ is lawful, logistically simple, and – if undertaken after due diligence – deeply satisfying. For 11 years, my family has not financed the innumerable crimes of the D.C. Leviathan that are detailed in countless dystopian books of late. The Tax Honesty Primer found at http://www.taxhonestyprimer.blogspot.com outlines my experience in this matter, and compends my due diligence results to date on the issue.

However, there is far geater duty than financial secession; that is diligently enforcing the terms of the U.S. Constitution against our own members of Congress. Not for an election cycle, but for the rest of American history. This is the purpose of AmericaAgain!

If We The People pool our forces in every State of this union, right from our home computers in the largest distributed neural and spiritual network in history, it seems entirely feasible that we can divide and conquer the 175-year-old criminal cabal in Washington D.C..

This seems a far preferable solution than secession, to all of the stated grievances. Learning the lessons of history seems far preferable to repeating them.

I invite fellow Americans in every sovereign State to visit us at www.myamericaagain.org and add your voice and effort to ours. A new way of life; the end of politics and the beginning of informed self-government.

Heartland Hurricane Builds Against D.C. Corruption

	San Antonio, TX

	April 4, 2010 latest update 8:18 Central

The American dream is in tatters. Congress is now operating in league with the White House much as mafia or drug cartels do -- with total disregard for law. With the communist takeover of healthcare, the D.C. corruption machine has pulled out all the stops. In response, an unprecedented upper-level disturbance in the American heartland, fed by the ridge of high-pressure corruption in Washington, D.C., has caused the Tea Party movement to swell to an estimated 15 million.

AmericaAgain! Hurricane Network storm watchers predict an offshore track into the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico through April 15th and onward to the 4th of July, where politicians in Congress fear it will gain strength from its Category 1 status to a CAT-5 monster that could devastate the D.C. crime cartel.

AmericaAgain! members will be launching local chapters to handle the extensive cleanup expected inside the D.C. Beltway after the storm makes landfall. The CAT-5 acronym stands for Criminal Accusation Tripwire, referring to notices being mailed to the three members of Congress of each AmericaAgain! member.

After four years' research and development, the Texas-based organization has introduced a permanent enforcement mechanism against corruption in Congress. AmericaAgain! also intends to draft and pass over 15 pieces of critical reform legislation. With no piece over 10 pages long and in plain English, citizens – and possibly even some members of Congress – will understand them.

The third tactical arm of AmericaAgain! is to carry the message of Tax Honesty to national scale, thus shrinking federal government directly, via lawful power of the purse.

AmericaAgain! will be long-term citizen action from home. Local chapters will urge county and state law enforcement -- constables, sheriffs, state troopers, and State Guard – to perform the duties suggested in the Supremacy Clause. Legislators who violate the Supreme Law are criminals, yet for generations they have placed themselves above the laws they write for citizens to suffer.

The AmericaAgain! headquarters team calls the mission Madison on a Motorcycle; the internet and social networking having opened a new world for informed self-government, to give force of law to the 9th and 10th Amendments, at last.

With a record number of citizens leaving political parties and tuning out of the mainstream media, attempts thus far by the GOP and media to quell the Tea Party have failed to calm the 2009 storm, and it continues to build this year.

From its planned permanent HQ campus in Texas, AmericaAgain! will help members launch local chapters in all 535 US congressional districts, and it will coordinate state and national actions following its three tactical goals.

Annual AmericaAgain! dues is $29, and its website is at www.myamericaagain.org.

Tea party over? State prison looming for Congress?

Congress is a brazen crime cartel. Although the limits we set in the Constitution are the highest law in the land, on March 21 – a Sunday night while no one was watching – Congress violated that highest law. Violating the stated will of the American People, they voted to hijack 1/6 of America's private sector economy so that, as in Europe, the D.C. government and its endless bureaucracy can oversee the communist takeover of another American industry.

The time for demonstrations and marches is over. Join during our AmericaAgain! CAT-5 Hurricane™ campaign, and we’ll send the document below to your three members of Congress, as their first warning: from now on, We The People mean business.

The CAT-5 Hurricane™ campaign is not a formal Criminal Accusation. It is a notice to Congress that We The People are taking a new direction for the future; but we must build sufficient membership to launch the Indictment Engine against members of Congress who see the Constitution very much like Mexican drug cartels see laws: as a joke. For this to work, We The People must take these actions as large fleets of criminal indictments, not one at a time. Building membership to ‘frightening size’ is goal #1 in 2010.

AmericaAgain! is the first mechanism in history designed to fulfill James Madison’s design for federalism. The AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ will let you keep track of your members of Congress right from your home, on your terms and timetable. Voting is only one part of informed self-government; fight corruption by joining fellow AmericaAgain! members in your state or congressional district. As your local AmericaAgain! chapter grows, we forge a new way of life together: the end of politics and the beginning of responsible citizenship.

Sign up now to send your CAT-5 letter...
