The Tax Fairy Must Die

Does that sound cruel? Seriously, the likelihood is that you don’t know much about the FairTax; you’re just sick of being a terror victim of the IRS. The corrupt Congress promises you that the IRS will soon be history if you'll just pray to the Tax Fairy: “She’s everything that’s good! No downside! No more IRS…you’ll be free at last!!”
Uh huh...they’re from the government. They’re here to help you.
No longer even attempting to mask its Marxist ideals, Washington, D.C. has now pulled out all the stops; hundreds of billions...even trillions...the sky's the limit for Obama, Pelosi, Reed, Barney Frank, and the big-spender Republicans. Major media is now a government mouthpiece...'authorities' live like Arab sheiks and crowned heads...the productive masses are pushed into poverty, forced to fill out endless paperwork for every activity.
Of course, this is all very un-American. But the root of the big-government problem today is simple: Leviathan lives on taxes. Without growing taxpayer revenues each year, Leviathan will shrivel in relative terms over time. We realize that most people don't like to talk about taxes, but to stop the slide into full socialist tyranny, citizens MUST see what feeds it and must understand that the so-called 'FairTax' would be fuel on the fire of socialism.
Taxspenders to try to convince Taxpayers that the 'FairTax' plan is a win-win; in truth, the porkers are only trying to avoid the death of socialism. In 2005, a former IRS official estimated there were 67 million non-filers in America; in other words, by 2005 one out of three people were non-filers. The non-filer population is growing by millions per year, so Congress needs to pass 'Plan B' before the non-filer population reaches 50% of productive America, or the envy card goes out of play, and so does the cushy Washington D.C. lifestyle.
The parasite sector preys on Taxpayers who carry an increasing burden as millions step out of the 'fair share' line to become Nontaxpayers. Taxpayers become increasingly envious of Nontaxpayers and of course envy is the mother’s milk of socialism; demagogues love to use envy to push for a national sales tax.
As with the 'global warming' hoax, FairTax salesmen have recruited economists and professors to extol the benefits of the new scheme, evading these Inconvenient Truths:
a) being 'revenue neutral' means it would begin at today's $3,600,000,000,000 annual tsunami and increase from there, killing all hope of smaller government;
b) it would transform every retailer into an unpaid employee of the IRS, making their lives a bookkeeping nightmare;
c) being 'revenue neutral' means that the productive segment allows government to suck exactly the same amount from family budgets, only by a different route;
d) national sales taxes have a history of spawning black markets and the attendant slide in national ethos.
For all these reasons and others, after 11 years' sales pitches, most Americans still reject this Trojan horse. Now in 2009, FairyTax salesmen saw a perfect opportunity and rolled their 'gift' into the camp of the Tea Party movement.
Some tea party organizers now push the FairyTax but when pressed, are unable to explain its benefits on rational grounds, appealing to fear and emotion instead.
We challenge anyone who supports the 'FairTax' to perform due diligence as we describe below; then if you're still convinced it's the best way forward, join our AmericaAgain! forums and please explain why a Nontaxpayer should support it. We're not interested in comparisons to the present IRS terror; obviously anything sounds like an improvement compared to a life of terror.
Tax Honesty is simple: if one is not required to file or pay an income tax according to the actual words of the Tax Code, regardless what the tax industry claims, then one does not file or pay. We don't suggest that anyone violate the Tax Code; just don’t allow IRS to violate it either. Don't file things you don’t understand without determining that the Tax Code requires it. This is what 67 million of us are doing now: not violating laws, and not letting Congress or IRS violate laws either. For us, April 15 is just another day.
