The AmericaAgain! Doctrine

Question: How does Congress get away with illegal, socialist new programs, yet force the American taxpayer to pay for them?
Answer: Very simple...in 220 years, We The People have never enforced our Supreme Law of the land. Now, AmericaAgain! is changing all that.
Discussion:
The sovereign People and our fifty sovereign States of America are the parties to, and creators of, the U.S. Constitution and the federal government created thereby. Under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, as the highest sovereigns under that Supreme Law, We the People have the right and duty to cause our State Courts to hold any federal actor who is a member of Congress and a resident of our State, individually liable for participating in any violation of the public trust, violation of the U.S. Constitution, or violation of civil and/or criminal statutes of our State.
According to its author James Madison, a violation of the U.S. Constitution is committed when Congress passes any federal act, project, office, program, or power that is not found in the U.S. Constitution's enumerated powers (limitations) of federal government. Thus, a violation of the highest law in America is committed by our own member of Congress when (s)he sponsors, co-sponsors, or votes in favor of such an unconstitutional act, project, office, program, or power.
According to the principles penned by Mr. Madison and consonant with the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, our State Courts alone can enjoy original and appellate jurisdiction to judge, and alone can apply remedies, for these individual federal actors' violations of the U.S. Constitution against the citizens of their own States.
In the history of constitutional law, We the People have never before acted upon these Principles of ‘98 as defined and promulgated by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson. We have failed to discharge our duties as free and responsible citizens under rule of law, to enforce that rule peacefully through these highest courts, those of our States. But no longer.
The AmericaAgain! Doctrine:
As a free people, we are determined before God and a watching world, to restore our Rule of Law. AmericaAgain! will now ensure rather than merely demand our federal creature's accountability, causing our State Courts to enforce the limits of enumerated federal powers. AmericaAgain! members will now begin to exercise the broad powers stipulated in the 9th and 10th Amendments as being retained by us, the American People, from this day forward and as long as the U.S. Constitution shall endure.
