Okay, Obama and Congress…You asked for it!

I'm mad as Hell as I see what Obamanation is pulling off in D.C. this week.  But I praise God.  Why?  Because this is the end of politics in America...and the beginning of informed self-government, thanks to Chairman Obama and his band of merry thieves!

The fact is we have the finest constitution on earth; the problem is, since the Andrew Jackson administration in the early 1830s, we haven't enforced it.  

We were divided and conquered long before the reign of this Kenyan King; in fact, long before FDR...or Wilson and the birth of the Fed.  Since the 1820s, we had a wicked central bank Big Boys running Washington D.C.

Andrew Jackson was able to rally the American people to kill the Second Bank of the U.S. -- the precursor of today's Federal Reserve private banking cartel -- and thus restored the Constitution. 

But not for long.  In The War to Enslave the States, Dishonest Abe and his mercantilist handlers divided the American people into two equal warring factions.  Since then, the donkey and elephant machines have kept Americans busy and divided with political pom-poms.  Meanwhile, banksters and the military-industrial complex have their puppets in Congress and the White House cleaning our clocks every week.  Every paycheck.  

This long, hard road in the service of the D.C. criminal cartel didn't start in 1913; it began 120 years before Leave it to Beaver went off the air.  So here we are, living a bizarre un-American life in America.  Like a nightmare; none of us ever expected it to slide this far: We The People, supposed sovereigns over government...all beat to hell, without a clue how to put the bad guys on the run.  

A few million of us are off the Kool-Aid; politics has lost its luster.  But millions more are tired as Hell, pissed off..and unfortunately, ready to rumble like French Jacobins, with guns in the streets.  Monumentally dumb.  Others are ready to keep whacking away at electoral politics, as though that will change anything.  Others think that even though secession has always been tactical suicide...maybe it will work this time. 

That's politics...never learning the lessons of history.  

Enter AmericaAgain! -- and now maybe a few million of us will learn its lessons.  Armed with the finest Constitution on earth, now We The People in 435 congressional districts and 50 Sovereign States will start ENFORCING the law as Andrew Jackson did. 

But unlike the 1830s, this time we won't depend on a president's veto to get the job done.  We know that in America, presidents don't run family life.  Presidents don't make our businesses run profitably.  Presidents don't care for our children or educate them.  Presidents aren't the apex of sovereignty in our constitutional republic; that place is reserved for We The People!  So here in 2010, WQe The People stop looking to presidents for salvation, and we also stop fearing them as the end of America, or our tyrant master.  They don't have that kind of power between those styrofoam Greek columns! 

If a president violates the Constitution with impunity as Barry Hussein is now doing, that president can serve prison time.  He can be impeached for high crimes.  So we see that this year 2010 brings GREAT news...as does this slap in the face, this Age of Obamanation.  We finally get it, you see: an imperial presidency like Lincoln's, or Wilson's, or FDR's, or GW Bush's, or Barry Obama's...is high crime, not 'leadership'.  Our Constitution is THE LAW, to be obeyed by our presidents and Congress and federal courts...not a quaint piece of paper to be trampled underfoot by them!

Maybe we always knew that...but we didn't have a tactical key to enforcing it.  Maybe the 9th and 10th Amendments have been a joke to these criminals, because We The People have been a joke, in refusing to enforce it?  Yes; that's it.  Enforcement was always our duty, not the duty of the criminal.

For the first time since Andrew Jackson, because of AmericaAgain! we understand why even a Ronald Reagan couldn't make a dent in the corrupt snake-pit that Washington D.C. has become.  We finally see that if we want to end the criminal cartel, it's up to We The People to do it.  We must do it lawfully, peacefully, tactically shrewdly...and perennially.  For as long as the Constitution stands, the AmericaAgain! three-pronged enforcement mechanism (or something like it) must also stand.

In this wonderful New Year 2010, even after an entire year of demonstrating in mobs to our criminal employees, as though a poster-board will win our republic and liberty back!  It took a whole year of marching in over 1,500 American cities to finally learn this hard lesson of history...to see the U.S. Congress this week, working hard on its House-Senate pork-festival, cutting deals and making plans for trillions of dollars, in the largest criminal undertaking in human history!  There they are, in broad daylight, planning the single largest financial overthrow, to form a patently fascist takeover of a huge segment of American life...without the least concern that they will be caught and incarcerated for these high crimes. 

You just don't understand, Mr. Obama and Ms. Pelosi, do you?  Of course not; and neither did we, until now.  We never realised that no amount of demonstrating or demanding will reform a criminal.  Only years in prison can do that; only seizure of all your assets, and taking your liberty, putting you behind bars for all other mega-criminals to see, will make a deterrent lesson in the annals of history.  So that is where we will go next, you snakes: to State Court with you, and then to State Penitentiary.

We The People will now turn the game of Divide-and-Conquer...on you, and on your bankster and military-industrial owners and handlers. 

Every daily news cycle provides fresh evidence for countless years of criminal indictments in countless State Court hearings against members of the U.S. Congress, who have stood in demonstrable positions as willful domestic enemies of the Constitution...the Supreme Law that they took oaths to support.  

You Tea Party marchers....you 'patriot' GOP voters...you Ron Paul 'revolutionaries'...please get this: we are on your side, but you are playing a losing hand.  Congress is operating a demonstrable crime cartel.  Get this clear in your mind, please, as you wean youself of political theater.  Politics is what brought us to this abysmal point in national retrogression; only SELF GOVERNMENT can get us out...NOT another election, regardless who wins.  No matter how many elections you win, or how many bums you throw out, the problem is much older, and larger, than electoral politics.

Electoral mania is part of the disease, you see.  They fed it to us while we worked, and while we slept.  We never recognized the pattern of criminal activity since 1820 because our donkey party or elephant party was too busy with the smoke and mirrors.  Forget the TARP atrocity in 2008; the banking sector was already a mafia two centuries ago...read history!  Similarly, the automotive, military, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, insurance, and communications industries were already a mafia since each of them learned to crawl!  If you work in those sectors (or in any of the politically compromised, unethical professions today) -- realise that your group has been part of the murder of the U.S. Constitution.

That ends here, in 2010.  

The mechanism by which Congress operates as a puppet show, will now be put on public display, year after year.  AmericaAgain! has been designed to do that; no other program, website, or political reform idea currently offered in America can do it as well, as quickly, or as perennially as AmericaAgain! so no, don't try to recruit us to your project, that you think is "just the same thing".  No, it's not.  Perform your due diligence; go back to James Madison.  Take your time; we promise, it takes years. 

If we don't want America to resemble mainland China from here on -- it will, if Barry Hussein Obama and Nancy Palooza have their way -- then We The People get down to law enforcement  NOW, this year, and from now on, regardless of election calendars or news cycles.  

AmericaAgain!  is not a Tea Party group, or a political 'reform' association, or a patriot website; those are all about POLITICS.  AmericaAgain! is about SELF-GOVERNMENT.  Notice your favorite website or 'reform' group; look closely...what does it propose to do, year in and year out, from now on?  Those groups are almost in every case about electing people; AmericaAgain! is about about something entirely different; about going back to self-government much as we did it during our colonial period, but using the Internet for tactical force-massing unavailable back then.

AmericaAgain! is a new way of life for every citizen that joins up and agrees to be involved from their own home computer, just minutes a day (or less)...and to live out such self-government for the rest of American history.

And now for some harder things, closer to home. 

Granny, are you listening?  You see, this is much tougher than just exposing socialists inside the beltway; it's about a generation of socialists now cracking the whip on their own grandchildren.  When Ronald Reagan spoke out against the first of the huge socialist boondoggles over 50 years ago, nobody listened.  Now some of the worst enemies of the US Constitution are the blue-haired AARP members who demand socialist benefits or they will use somebody's windpipe for their Geritol drinking straw!  In other words, we have met the enemy, and the enemy is AARP...a labor union on steroids...Attila the Hun with a walker. 

Now for an even wider net, here in our own ranks...news flash to ALL parasites, whether you live in an old folks' home, a housing project, a military installation, a tax law firm building, a federally-subsidized farm, or the halls of the US Congress...this year 2010, We The People are pulling out James Madison's rule book.  AmericaAgain! has found the RESET button on the US Constitution.  We're going to clean up not just Washington D.C. from the bankster and military-industrial-bureaucrat parasite population that owns Congress.  We're going to keep your puppets from passing socialist corruption further on our children's shoulders IN YOUR NAME.  

For instance: did you sign up for military duty?  Fine; earn your contract pay and realise you can lose life and limb; if you don't like that, don't join.  You get a free education and a great deal more.  Taxpayers pay for it, yet for the past century you fight wars that we don't ask you to fight, but Exxon-Mobil needs you to fight.  It beats them having to hire private mercenaries for their billion-dollar overseas ventures.  The American military was pitched to us (by Alexander Hamilton) as for DEFENSE of our own homeland, not defense of every commercial installation and penny-ante European outhouse on earth!  Yet you military employees expect benefits all the way to your 98th birthday?  Your mothers tell us all to "pray for our warriors" over in Mugwumpistan, as you step on the neck of 56-year-old Mustafa in his own living room?  Yes...under the pretense that Mustafa will be in their living room next week, if not for you.  But of course as many retired military have testified...that's garbage.  The military is a career, like everything else. 

In America we were once only militias, and local -- defending our own homes.  Over two centuries, the federal military became a machine...as Dwight Eisenhower told us in almost pleading terms as long ago as 1961, for God's sake!  But George Bush II beat the drums of war as well as any ever did...now, just as in Russia or North Korea, the US military is a strong-arm special interest community, defending ITSELF and its budgets long before looking to defending this country, and our homes and especially our LIBERTY from our own Leviathan monster here in D.C.

Please don't deny it; history doesn't lie, nor do the thousands of disgruntled, honest veterans who saw the truth, and hated it. 

So.  Boy howdy...what a mess, right?  All of these dirty secrets are really rolled up into one: the socialist/fascist nightmare that is killing America as we once knew it?  We The People have ALL been the bad guy to one extent or another.  We have ALL failed to do our duty as citizens.  The worst offenders now sit in the White House and in the U.S. Congress, and in the federal courts, ready to defend themselves against the Constitution, that accuses them with every word!

But no more; we're awake now...to Obamanation and the shrill, cackling laughter of Nancy Pelosi on her broom. 

Oh...and for those who think the state porker is the answer to the federal porker: we don't buy the political theater in our State legislatures today.  None of those State legislators, governors, and attorneys general are going to end the criminal enterprise in Washington, D.C.  We The People aren't buying the political theater in our statehouses any more than we buy it in D.C.  So you lesser politicians, heads up:  We The People aren't looking to our State legislature to finally do something.  You've failed to give teeth to the 9th and 10th Amendments for 220 years...now you stand hat-in-hand before your federal 'master' while we watch you play politics with our children's hopes of liberty?  

There's not a thing the State legislatures can do when all three federal branches are operating a criminal cartel.  Notice: if the States are a party to an action, Article III of the Constitution grants original jurisdiction to the federal supremes.  Game over, before it begins.  No; We The People in our STATE COURTS -- with whatever honest State Judges we can still find -- will put members of Congress into leg shackles and orange Bernie Madoff jumpsuits.

The AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine(TM) begins rolling as soon as AmericaAgain! membership reaches tactical critical mass, where we have a dozen or more members of Congress in line for multi-count, multi-trillion-dollar criminal indictment in our State courts.  Then we bring them home...all 15 or 50 of them at once.  We The People put down those posters and, as AmericaAgain! members and signed co-plaintiffs in those criminal indictments, we PACK our courthouse hearing rooms...we pack the corridors...we flow out onto the streets so that even the corrupt State Judge can understand James Madison's teaching: when the federal creature in all three branches is violating the Supreme Law, the STATE courts are the highest courts in the land!  (If a State Judge fails to understand his/her duty, We The People will impeach them for cause and elect one who can read 4th grade English.)

America is too valuable to lose like this.  Our military takes an oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution...but ALL of us are bound to do the same, for life. 

We failed to take President Andrew Jackson seriously in 1837, warning that the banks would reclaim D.C. again and despoil our land.

We failed to hear President Ronald Reagan when he warned what socialist Leviathan would do with Medicare over half a century ago.

We failed to listen to President Dwight Eisenhower's warning in his 1961 farewell address, telling us that the military-industrial complex now owned Congress and would soon own our liberty!

It wasn't that we haven't believed the best presidents.  Our government schools just never taught us the truth; they preach government propaganda instead, just as in Mexico or Hungary.  Thus for generations, we couldn't find the handle on this magnificent weapon of self-government...this U.S. Constitution. 

But thank God, We The People have found it now.  The members of AmericaAgain! intend to heed the warnings of those presidents, and the advice of George Washington, regarding political parties.  We'll close our ears to the elephant-call of Newt, and Rush, and Sean Hannity, and Michael Steele.  Politics is designed to bind citizens one against the other, so that billionaires can walk off with our lives and liberties.

Perhaps as with Magna Carta in the year 1215, AmericaAgain! will make history in 2010.  As the English barons found rule of law sufficient to bind even the most wicked king, our Constitution is ready as ever to bind the criminal in government.  It has only needed enforcement these 220 years.    

By God, it shall now have it  because you see, from 2010 onward we're AmericaAgain!

And Barry Hussein, Harry, Barney, and Nancy?  You're toast.
