AmericaAgain! is Teeth for the Tea Party™ – the most exciting self-government idea since ratification of our U.S. Constitution. 

 

The Tea Party movement is a unique occurrence, proving that this American People might by God's grace, recover from near collapse to finally enforcing our Constitution. 

 

AmericaAgain! is like no other citizen mechanism ever conceived; it follows James Madison's original instructions for us as sovereigns over our federal government.  The AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ will allow us for the first time in history and from now on, to enforce the 9th and 10th Amendments.  When their actions warrant it, we will bring our member of Congress home to be criminally indicted in our State Court; convicted and placed in our State Penitentiary, just as Bernie Madoff is now in federal prison.  We can have the State Court sieze their assets, sending a message to all future congressional candidates: political corruption does not pay!  The 150-year-old game is OVER.

 

The AmericaAgain! Liberty Labs™ and our Legislative Action section intends to draft, refine, and push through passage of at least (16) major pieces of reform legislation -- from finally outlawing the illegal Federal Reserve scam, to congressional term limits, securing our borders, and much more. 

 

The AmericaAgain! Tax Honesty Project™ with our national spokesman, former IRS CID agent Joseph Banister, will teach AmericaAgain! members how Congress has been running the largest financial crime in history for the past 97 years, using their IRS check-skimming scam and misrepresenting a perfectly good Tax Code.  The surest way to stop the present tyrannical crime wave in D.C. is to lawfully cut off its funding. 

 

Clinton, Bush, Obama, and a succession of corrupt congresses have pushed us a bridge too far.  The Tea Party movement is We The People, rising up to fight back -- and AmericaAgain! is our action plan, not for an election cycle, but for the rest of American history.  AmericaAgain! and the Tea Party movement are meshing in history at just the time that Congress and the administration have taken off the gloves and become openly fascist.  This historic confluence perfectly fits Brutus’ words under Shakespeare’s pen in Julius Caesar:

 

There is a tide in the affairs of men which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
