AmericaAgain! is like no other citizen mechanism ever conceived. After four years of research and planning, we’ve developed a three-prong tactical citizen self-government mechanism to last as long as the Constitution it is designed to enforce.
Our permanent headquarters campus near San Antonio, Texas will be the American people’s forward-deployed defense installation for the U.S. Constitution from this point forward.
Campus will be the workplace of our researchers, analysts, and programmers; attorneys, paralegals, and legislative draftsmen and tacticians; forums team; graphics and video team; IT director; social networking coordinator; writers and editors; member services, publications, elections, and special events team; and security team.
As our name implies, AmericaAgain! is a return from the past century’s pointless politics, back to the informed, active self-government of the colonial era. We The People go back to living our lives instead of having every day controlled by Washington D.C., the political party machines, and media. A new way of life that was impossible before the advent of the Internet.
AmericaAgain! members will now be able to perform our duties as sovereigns over our government, as the founders intended, by overseeing every action being planned or taken by our own members of Congress. You can do this right from your home or office computer; no more wasting family time, money, and gasoline for the pointless activity of political parties.

The Headquarters Team
Founder & CEO
David Zuniga attended classical private schools and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Texas. A professional engineer designing commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings in Texas, David has been an editor for a New England book publisher, a custom homebuilder, a SCUBA instructor, a subdivision developer, and a private Christian school planter who formed boards, helped develop curriculum, hire headmasters, and locate facilities for five classical Christian schools in Iowa, Illinois, North Carolina, and Texas.
While developing the STIRLING Great Ideas Omnibus curriculum, David discovered clear patterns of attack against America’s founding law, theology, ethics, economics, and social mores. This led to his writing the first draft of the AmericaAgain! Declaration in 2005, and overseeing 47 refining drafts of that document, posting the final on Thanksgiving 2009 and latest revision dated Thanksgiving 2010.
David’s first book, This Bloodless Liberty, lays out his AmericaAgain! vision; his planned 8-volume AmericaAgain! Liberty Library will explain all major goals of AmericaAgain! in greater detail.
His motto is "The tombstone of a civilization can be laid at that point where truth is no longer defended, because it cannot be known". For this reason, David is leading the HQ team to teach our members what America has forgotten. Besides publishing his books, David’s personal goal is to help his team grow AmericaAgain! to 7 million members so that We The People present a formidable, credible deterrent to the corruption that has infested American government, with the AmericaAgain! HQ campus becoming the People's forward-deployed defense installation for the U.S. Constitution for the rest of American history.
Director of Field Operations
Michael Frisbee is a web content and graphics consultant in Georgia. Raised in rural Pennsylvania, his parents instilled an ethic of hard work, personal responsibility, a respect for life, and faith in Christ. Having graduated from Wyoming Seminary, prior to his life in politics Michael was involved in sales, marketing, and computers, owning and managing several businesses over 22 years.
Politically involved since age 16, Michael took part in Model United Nations and Mock Security Council programs in school; manned phone banks, did door-to-door canvassing, and volunteered for GOP candidates until 1992, when he helped place Ross Perot on the Pennsylvania ballot. In 2000 he turned Independent, joining the Constitution Party in 2004; was a regional director and state secretary for CP of North Carolina; and in 2006, was CP chairman for KY 2nd Congressional District. Helping coordinate the End The Federal Reserve rally in Atlanta in 2008, Michael launched Constitutional Elections USA, an alliance of conservatives and Libertarians seeking to eliminate unconstitutional ballot access requirements. A member the Georgia Conservative Party, he is founder and chairman of New Liberty Democrats, a constitutional caucus aimed at restoring Jeffersonian principle to the Democrat party.
Michael stands for the return of constitutional limits to federal government, restoring the powers and duties of the People and States, and he serves at AmericaAgain! to see this come to fruition.
Director of Forums
Garfield Green earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Arizona State University, attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has been a pastor since 1997. He currently preaches at a church he and his wife helped to plant in 2002. Garfield founded and operated a landscape and waterscape design/build company for the five years previous to joining the staff at AmericaAgain!.
Since reading about the Black Regiment in 2006, and how the British blamed those preachers for the American Revolution, he has had an intense desire to see pastors and Christians in all denominations shake off their current fear of man, and champion the cause of liberty while passionately preaching the Bible’s message of redemption and freedom in Christ. It has been said that Americans once roared like lions for liberty, but now bleat like sheep for security. But the “final Word says who God is, and what human is, and why the suffering of love is precious, and how the peace of God is a tiger in the blood.” Garfield is doing his part to hear the roar again in America.
Director of Member Services
Larry Roberts earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Science from the University of Texas in 1995 while working in the construction industry since 1989, and has been in that industry until 2010.
The issues facing our nation began to concern Larry during the George W. Bush administration; the search for a solution became Larry’s new passion. As his search ran deeper, he discovered the AmericaAgain! Declaration in 2008 when he was referred to the mission’s founder by Sirius/XM Radio host Mike Church. Larry joined AmericaAgain! in April 2009, and became its Director of Member Services in June of that year.
Podcast Producer
Josh Hendrickson, or ‘J.D. Christian’ as he is known when hosting AmericaAgain! podcasts, is a Minneapolis native but a Texan at heart.
Josh’s first word as a child was “radio”; broadcasting has been in his blood ever since. He began his disc jockey career as ‘J.D. Christian’ in the Minneapolis area in the late 90s, and in 2000 he attended the Broadcasting Certificate program at Brown Institute in Minnesota. After one month, an instructor informed him that he would be better served simply producing his ‘air-check’ tape, for he was broadcast-ready.
Josh is excited to join the America Again! Team, using his broadcasting skills to teach our members the long-forgotten principles of the Constitution, thus restoring liberty for his children and millions of Americans.
Headquarters Manager
A. Lee Allen obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Trinity University. She completed graduate work at the University of Houston while serving as an executive with Southwestern Bell/AT&T. Having obtained a real estate license in 1995, she has been a top producing broker specializing in farm and ranch properties in central and south Texas. Lee joined AmericaAgain! in June 2009.
Director of Security
Jeff Goolsby earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from Texas Tech University, then honorably served seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps, followed by six years in the U.S. Army specializing in Intelligence gathering and analysis. In 2003, Jeff joined the ranks of the U.S. Secret Service as a Special Agent serving under President George W. Bush.
While in the U.S. Secret Service, Jeff served on the Presidential Protection Division, Vice-Presidential Protection Division, Foreign Dignitary Protection Division, Candidate-nominee Protection Division, and the Criminal Investigative Division. Jeff then left the U.S. Secret Service to become a private security contractor focusing on operations in the Middle East, until joining AmericaAgain! in 2009 as Director of Security.
Founding Trustee
Oscar Zuniga received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, then worked in consulting engineering for 30 years, practicing as a registered professional engineer in mechanical and electrical disciplines in Texas, Oregon, and California. Since 2003 he has been Manager of Facilities Engineering for a large private research & development organization in south Texas, just a few miles from the planned AmericaAgain! headquarters campus.
(Full disclosure: after David Zuniga had attempted to recruit an initial Trustee in 2009 among friends who are attorneys and a former judge and had no volunteers, his elder brother, best man and closest brother in Christ agreed to serve as the initial Trustee until the first national election of AmericaAgain! Trustees is held in 2011.)
