We The People, the opening phrase of the U.S. Constitution, is the most powerful phrase in the history of self-government. As the highest sovereign power in our government, and as its creators, we citizens limited its powers by enumerating them in the Constitution. This is called popular sovereignty; in these 50 States, We The People are the top sovereigns, by law.
Yet in Washington, D.C., corruption has grown for 150 years. Hundreds of books today expose the waste and criminality of Washington, D.C.; most people now assume that once in Congress, all politicians will transform into pork-barrel demagogues sooner or later.
We created a federal government to serve us, yet today we all work to serve the criminals in Congress. Millions of us know that it’s time to take up our duty. AmericaAgain! is the tactical plan to do this for the rest of American history; it can be compared to the Manhattan Project, but nationally dispersed in millions of homes: Americans working at a critical time, to save our republic from final destruction.
Patrick Henry Hall™ will teach citizens the principles that the founders considered our birthright and duty, so that more of us can begin to live up to that duty.
James Madison was the architect of the Constitution, and the AmericaAgain! plan follows Madison's instructions for us as the sovereigns over our federal government (see Madison’s Virginia Resolutions).
Madison demanded that we, through our states, judge our federal creature’s crimes and apply remedies when the federal creature becomes a monstrous master. We have never done so.
We will track Congress’ every move; we will teach, equip, and coordinate AmericaAgain! members and local chapters as they enforce the Constitution against their own members of Congress.
If your member of Congress proposes or signs on to an unconstitutional (illegal) bill, the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™ and our Legal Section begin the process of bringing criminal charges against that politician in your own state court, under state criminal statutes. Because it is between you and your fellow state resident who happens to be a D.C. politician, this remains an intrastate action, outside federal jurisdiction. In other words, the corrupt members of Congress are no longer untouchable racketeers.
In our James Madison Briefing Room™ we will teach state prosecutors, grand juries, judges, and law enforcement officers in 535 communities to enforce the terms of the U.S. Constitution by enforcing criminal state statutes against felonious acts and criminal negligence of individual members of Congress.
Tactically, we are following Federalist #28 by Alexander Hamilton: when our federal creature becomes a tyrant, the sovereign creators (People and States) team up, to bring it under control.
Rather than simply passing legislative resolutions on the 10th Amendment, now for the first time in history and from here onwards, we can enforce the 9th and 10th Amendments in 535 State Courts across our Republic.
In the works for almost four years, AmericaAgain! is an ambitious, unprecedented mechanism that capitalizes on historic opportunities: the networking power of the Internet, and 15 million Americans who call themselves the Tea Party Movement.
Once we grow to scale and have organized for action, any twisting of the commerce clause, general welfare clause, or necessary and proper clause into a pig snout will mean prison time and asset seizure.
The lesson learned by Ken Lay and Bernie Madoff will be taught in state courts from coast to coast. This is our charge to keep; the Constitution is on our side. Only tradition stands in our way; our domestic enemies who will fight to keep their careers. Well, we will fight too.
Our Legislative Action Section, with input from AmericaAgain! members, will draft, refine, and push through passage of at least (16) major pieces of reform legislation -- from finally outlawing the illegal Federal Reserve scam, to congressional term limits, securing our borders, and much more.
To fund only the federal powers that we enumerated in the Constitution requires $400-$700 billion annually; yet Congress pulls in $3.7 trillion annually. Thus, the federal Leviathan today exercises four times more illegal powers than legal ones.
The surest way to curb corruption and tyranny in D.C., and to very quickly reduce the size of burdensome government that is taking over every aspect of our lives, is to reduce its income to only lawful sources and collections. The AmericaAgain! Five days before he took office, Mr. Obama promised his supporters that he was about to “fundamentally transform America”. Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Barney Frank took the cue, and the rest of America has been devastated ever since. This is an excellent time to leave politics once and for all, and to restore the rule of law through informed self-government from every home. It’s time for AmericaAgain!
